My experience was with customer service and Fady was helpful in answering my query regarding the order shipment. I would rate the speed and handling of my query as 5/5. What I would comment on is the lack of information for order shipment tracking. If the 48 hour delivery is not feasible, do not put it on the product pages. This is Dubai, UAE, the world leader in logistics. Cartlow should up their game on this aspect.
