At Cartlow you will be shopping with peace of mind. Warranty - Most products come with a 3 to 12 months warranty. Easy Returns - Simple and fast way to return your product.
Grade: Clearance We buy wholesale stock. The product packaging of the stock may have some wear and tear. The Item inside the packaging is still new. You pay for the quality of the product inside the packaging and not the packaging itself. Grade: Open-box We buy wholesale returned stock. The product has been opened however not used. The Item inside the packaging is still new. You pay for the quality of the product inside the packaging and not the packaging itself. Grade: Refurbished We buy wholesale liquidation stock. Items have been used, some minimally others moderately and extensively. Items are segregated, tested, certified and graded by our experts. You pay for the quality of the product depending on the grading.

Please ensure that you comply with our return policy available on www.cartlow.com/retunpolicy before initiating a return. To return an item; 1. Visit 'my orders' page on your account. 2. Choose the order that includes the item you would like to return. 3. From the dropdown menu at the top right corner, choose 'Create Dispute' 4. Select a reason for your return from the drop-down menu. You may also explain the reason for the return in the 'message' section. 5. Select the item in your order that you would like to return. 6. 'Create Dispute'
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment as follows: a.If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet. b.If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet. Refund will be issued post inspection at our end.
The shipping fee is 15 AED for all UAE and will be added to your invoice automatically once you complete your order.
