Return policy

Return, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy 

You can initiate a return/cancellation process for a product that is not included on the non-returnable list and if you have received:

  1. An incorrect product (if the product has not been used, includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
  2. A damaged/flawed product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed).
  • In the event that you have changed your mind or submitted a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
  1. The products are in their original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and are not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.
  2. For watches, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags.
  3. For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in undamaged original packaging, and includes all accessories.
  4. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
  • You have a right to return a product within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.

 

Non-returnable Products. 

  1. products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
  2. any consumable product which has been used or installed;
  • products with tampered or missing serial numbers 

 

Refund Procedure

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

  1. if you paid by credit/debit card - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 
  2. if you paid by COD, we will issue a refund to your wallet/bank transfer;
