Cancellation Policy
Cartlow allow the cancellation of any product purchased under the following circumstances:
- If the product status is not yet shipped:
You can initiate an order cancellation under the “My Orders” section of your Cartlow Account Page.
- If your products are already shipped:
You wouldn’t see an option to cancel the order if the product is shipped. You may receive the product at your delivery address and initiate return under the “My Orders” section of your Cartlow Account Page
