Refund Policy

Upon successful pickup of a purchased product is received at our warehouse, inspected, and found eligible for refund, the refund amount will be processed based on the method of initial payment used.

  1. How Refunds Are Issued (Credit Card or Cash on Delivery “COD”)?

Depending on the initial payment method chosen while submitting your order, the refund will be initiated.

- If the payment method was Cash on Delivery “COD”, the refund will be credited to your Cartlow Wallet after which customer can apply few easy steps to transfer the amount to bank account.

- But if the payment method was Credit Card, the refund will be processed to the same card used during the purchase.

- It remains customer's prudence and full responsibilities to enter the correct Credit Card or Bank Details.

  1. Where’s My Refund?

Time taken to process a refund depends on multiple aspects. However, It can take up to one week for Cartlow to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take from 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement depending on your bank internal process.

If your refund status is not showing as refunded in Your Cartlow Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can refer to Contact Us Page and reach us for further assistance. If your refund status shows as refunded in Your Account, and the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
