- Clearance Grade: We purchase wholesale stock, which may have some wear and tear on the packaging. However, the item inside is still brand new. - Open-Box Grade: We purchase wholesale returned stock, which has been opened but not used. The item inside is still brand new. - Refurbished Grade: We purchase wholesale liquidation stock, which may have been used minimally, moderately, or extensively. Our experts carefully test, grade, and certify each item. You pay for the quality of the product based on its grading.

Choose the order that includes the item you would like to return. 3. From the drop-down menu at the top right corner, choose 'Create Dispute' 4. Select a reason for your return from the drop-down menu. You may also explain the reason for the return in the 'message' section. 5. Select the item in your order that you would like to return. 6. Create Dispute'
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment as follows: a.If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet. b.If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet. Refund will be issued post inspection at our end.
The shipping fee varies based on the weight of the product, for Small Items, it is SAR 16, Medium Items, it is SAR 23, Heavy Items, it is SAR 49 across all districts in the KSA and will be added to your invoice automatically once you complete your order.
