All Cartlow electronics products come with a 12 months warranty! With Cartlow you will give a second home to pre-loved products, save your money and save the planet!. All warranty requests are handled by Cartlow experts, as long as the product description includes a warranty.
Cartlow Warranty Coverage
Once your product qualifies for a warranty then Cartlow will pick up the product from your doorstep, get it serviced and/or repaired and deliver it back to you. Some items such as Home Appliances, Sports Equipment, Furniture, or any other large item might be repaired inside your premises.
Repair Timelines
Repairs usually take up to 15 business days once we receive the product, excluding return shipping time. In case the spare parts are not available, repair timeline may be longer than 15 days.
